Rebate Policy

On many of the products that we make from used empty cartridges, we offer a rebate to you if you return a empty toner cartridge to us within 30 days of your purchase.
To qualify for the rebate, cartridges must be either from the original equipment manufacturer or from Imaging Ink and must be received in good condition.
Cartridges must be the same type of cartridges that you ordered.

Please write your name and invoice number on the package as it appeared on your invoice.
Shipping cost to return empty cartridges are not reimbursed. Send your cartridges via parcel post or UPS ground and send more then one cartridge at a time to reduce your cost.
